I created this Apple Pie Granola recipe for an upcoming talk I’ll be doing called Nutrition and Mental Health. This granola is loaded with antioxidant, anti-inflammatory properties and nutrients that support brain health. Lots of healthy fats and fibre. Eat as is for a snack  or sprinkle on some coconut yogurt….or have for breakfast with a splash of almond milk.  Enjoy the great taste and health benefits.
